(“MDX”) and its associated services (collectively referred to as the “Site“) is provided to you under these Terms of Use and any amendments or supplements to them that may be posted by MDX or its affiliates (collectively referred to as “we“, “us“, or “MDX“).

By accessing or using the Site in any way, including using the services, downloading materials, or merely browsing the Site, you agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and in any changes thereto that MDX may publish from time to time (collectively, the “Terms of Use“). 3. The Site provides an option to schedule online appointments for medical consultations and diagnostic services. These appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by MDX. By scheduling an appointment via the Site, you warrant that all information you submit is accurate and truthful. Appointment availability is subject to change, and we do not guarantee the availability of specific time slots. MDX reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at its discretion.

4. Users agree not to use the Site to:

• transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;
• engage in any activity that could compromise the security of the Site, render the Site inaccessible to others, or otherwise cause damage to the Site or the content; and
• interfere with any other person’s use and enjoyment of the Site.
